Just wanted to let you know that I won’t be on the webinar tonight because I’m listing my first house tonight from my letter campaign!
Got a call from the first round of letters I sent out last week and he wants me to come list his house tonight.
I sent him the letter based on an eviction notice he filed on his tenant two weeks ago.
